Ok, I know it’s not a 100% bird photobook either, but it’s “bird-eye” viewes of cities, so I consider this as part of the bird week.

"The bird week"
We have a few photobooks of birds, so we’ve decided to do a bird week.
Of course we’ve already had bird books in the past…
- Ricardo Casés, Paolma al aire
- Rinko Kawauchi, Murmuration
and I’m sure there was a few other ones.
If you want to suggest us a bird photobook, let us know ! ( lvecten(at)gmail )
Enjoy your bird week !!!

I love the text here : “I wore stripe one-piece. There were 2 or 3, even 4 people dressing the similar. I was somehow embarassed. I remembered even my mom was wearing stripe today”

This book had a special mention at the Paris Photo book prize. I think it’s quite impressive. I like the fact that they kept the spirit of the old files, with the old-fashioned hand writing.
And Sidibé’s work is great : warm, happy, sensitive.
